Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support the Managing Partner in a fast-paced litigation environment. This position is based in Texas and requires a professional with exceptional calendaring, docket control, organization, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex litigation docket, including calendaring deadlines, hearings, and filings.
  • Coordinate court settings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents.
  • Maintain case files and ensure adherence to court and firm standards.
  • Communicate professionally with courts, clients, and opposing counsel.
  • Provide high-level administrative and trial support as needed.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma is required.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, during regular business hours.

Additional Details

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $69,500 per year.
